On December 4th, 2024, CEN of european committee for standardization issued the toy safety standard EN 71-3:2019+A2:2024 \"Toy Safety-Part 3: Migration of Specific Elements\", which will replace the existing version EN 71-3 2019+A1:2021 and is expected to take effect on June 30th, 2025.
In November 2024, the European Commission officially published a new draft Commission regulation, which stipulated the ecological design requirements of external power supply, wireless charger, wireless charging pad, universal portable battery charger and USB Type-C cable.
