In order to further build the corporate culture, enhance team cohesion and centripetal force, and enrich the spare time of employees. On March 27th, ZRLK organized a fun development + picnic one-day trip to the Dream Baihuazhou in Songshan Lake, Dongguan.

The morning sun reflects on the body and feels warmer, just like our current mood, especially bright and cheerful. At 9 o'clock in the morning, ZRLK's family members gathered at the Dream Baihuazhou ticket office on time. After explaining the precautions, the coach took us into the park formally.

Along the way, the flowers are blooming, full of vitality, full of spring breath, giving people a sense of infinite vitality. Occasionally, there are some cute animated characters in one place, so that parents with children can accompany their children to take pictures and enjoy the rare parent-child time.

Passing through the sea of flowers and crossing the flow of people, we soon followed the coach to our first destination today-the team building outreach training ground.

After entering the training ground, the coach first divided us into 3 groups, and then arranged a fun warm-up training for us, which allowed us to increase the intimacy and trust between each other in laughter.

After the warm-up is over, the coach will gather the team leaders to explain today’s fun game project-challenge the 160-second game rules. After each team leader learns in detail, the team leader will be responsible for teaching his team members and formulating winning tactics.

The first challenge was the first group. With reasonable tactical arrangements and tacit cooperation between the players, it started smoothly and ended smoothly. There was almost no lag in the middle. The challenge was successfully completed in one go. It took 2 minutes and 32 seconds.

The next challenge is the third group. It was relatively smooth at the beginning, but due to the mistakes in the second item, it may have an impact on the players’ emotions and they frequently lose in the following process, but they never give up. Still persisted over and over again, until all the projects were completed, and finally reached the end in 6 minutes and 17 seconds.

The last challenge was the third group. At the beginning, it was very smooth, and it was close to the process of the first group. Unfortunately, the good times did not last long. In the third project, there was a mistake and a little time was wasted. In the end, it was 3 points 48. Complete the challenge in seconds.

At the end of the game, there is no loser, we are all winners. We not only gained the friendship between the team members, but also understood the meaning of mutual cooperation and cooperation, but also realized the firm belief that as long as we don't give up and persevere, we can always reach the other side of success.
