basic introduction
ZRLK Laboratories is authorized to build professional laboratories in Shenzhen and Dongguan to provide "one-stop" services for testing and certification of small appliances.
Product Range
Household appliances, power tools, regulator controllers using semiconductor devices, electric motor-driven electrical appliances, medical equipment, electric toys, vending machines, and movie or slide projectors.
Those not in scope are:
In other standards, it clearly puts forward all emission requirements in the radio frequency range, such as lamps, power grid communication devices, etc .;
Regulator controller equipped with semiconductor device with rated input current greater than 25A per phase and equipment with such controller;
Power supply used alone.
EU CE certification
Electromagnetic compatibility directive: 2004/108 / EC
Testing standards: EN55014-1 (EMI), EN55014-2 (EMS), EN61000-3-2 (Harmonic), EN61000-3-3 (Flicker)
Note: The above EN 61000-3-2 and EN 61000-3-3 are applicable to the equipment where the input current per phase is less than 16A. If it is greater than 16A, EN 61000-3-12 and EN 61000-3-11 are applicable.
EMI part
Continuous harassment
Terminal voltage:
a Power terminal, frequency range: 0.15 ~ 30MHz; divided into two limits for household appliances / similar equipment and power tools
b. Load terminal and additional terminal
Harassment power:
Frequency range 30M ~ 300MHz limit and 30M ~ 300MHz frequency range "Margin" limit (this limit is one of the basis for judging whether to measure radiation disturbance)
Radiation harassment:
The frequency range is 30MHz ~ 1GHz; when the following two conditions are met at the same time, you can not test this item:
a. The measured value of the disturbance power is less than the above frequency range 30M ~ 300MHz limit minus the value of 30M ~ 300MHz frequency range "Margin";
b. The maximum clock frequency is less than 30MHz. Otherwise, the project needs to be tested.
Intermittent harassment
Click:
150KHz, 500KHz, 1.4MHz, 30MHz four frequency points, upper quartile judgment
Harmonic current
Standard: EN 61000-3-2
Products with a rated voltage range of AC220 ~ 240V need to be tested in this project
Products with a rated power of 75W and below have unlimited values, no test required
Voltage fluctuation, flicker
Standard: EN 61000-3-3
Products with a rated voltage range of AC220 ~ 240V need to be tested in this project;
Limit requirement: short-term flicker value Pst≤1.0
Long-term flicker value Plt≤0.65
The time d (t) ≤500ms during the voltage change exceeding 3.3%
Relative steady-state voltage change dc≤3.3%
The maximum corresponding voltage change dmax limit is divided into three types: 4%, 6%, 7%
EMS part
Product Categories
Category 1: Appliances without electronic control circuits
Category 2: Transformer toys with electronic control circuit, dual power supply toys, electric appliances powered by mains, electric tools, heating appliances and similar appliances (such as ultraviolet radiation meters, infrared radiation meters and microwave ovens). The internal clock frequency or oscillation frequency does not exceed 15MHz.
Class 3: appliances with electronic control circuits and powered by batteries (built-in batteries or external batteries). Under normal use conditions, this type of appliance is not connected to the mains, and the internal clock frequency or oscillation frequency of its electronic control circuit does not exceed 15MHz.
Category 4: All other appliances within the scope of this standard
EMS performance criterion
Performance criterion A
During the test, the appliance should operate continuously as expected. When the appliance is used as intended, its performance degradation or loss of function is not allowed to fall below the performance level specified by the manufacturer (or tolerable performance loss). If the manufacturer does not specify a minimum performance level or a tolerable loss of performance, it can be inferred from the product specification, documentation, and the user's reasonable expectations of the appliance when it is expected to be used.
Performance criterion B
After the test, the appliance should continue to operate as expected. When the appliance is used as intended, its performance degradation or loss of function is not allowed to fall below the performance level specified by the manufacturer (or tolerable performance loss). During the test, performance degradation is allowed, but actual operating conditions or stored data are not allowed to change. If the manufacturer does not specify a minimum performance level or a tolerable loss of performance, it can be inferred from the product specification, documentation, and the user's reasonable expectations of the appliance when it is expected to be used.
Performance criterion C
Temporary loss of function is allowed, as long as this function can be recovered by itself, or by operating the controller or operating according to the instructions in the manual.

BSCI certification is an abbreviation of BusinessSocialComplianceInitiative, and Chinese is called business social standard certification. BSCI is an organization that advocates the business community to abide by social responsibility. At the same time, it is a non-profit organization.
CMA, the name is \"China Metrology Accreditation\", the abbreviation of \"China Metrology Accreditation\" in English. According to the provisions of Article 22 of the Metrology Law of the People’s Republic of China: “The product quality inspection agency that provides notarized data to the society must be evaluated by the metrological administrative department of the people’s government at or above the provincial level for the capability and reliability of metrological verification and testing. Qualified.\"
Laboratory accreditation is a third-party certification that CNAS has the ability to perform specific testing and calibration work for testing and calibration laboratories.
